Ferrari, Gerard T. “Jerry”
Greece: Thursday, May 4, 2017, at age 67, after a brief illness. Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Angelina Ferrari; sister, Mary Angela Ferrari. He is survived by his brother, Frank D. (Marianne) Ferrari; sister, Catherine Ferrari; nephew and niece, Dominic and Nina Ferrari; an uncle, an aunt and cousins including the Haisch, the Pilaroscia and the Polsinelli families; many dear friends. Jerry was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up in Oak Ridge, TN where he graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1968. He attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he earned a degree in Philosophy in 1972. Jerry had a life-long passion for learning and a strong interest in religions. Jerry had worked at many restaurants including Golden Ponds.
On Friday morning, May 19, his family will receive friends from 8:15-9:00 in Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park where his Funeral Mass will follow at 9:00. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
