Gates: Saturday, January 16, 2016, at age 88. Predeceased by a brother and a sister. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Marge (Cavigliano) Catalano; sons, Louis P., Stephen (Mary Beth), Michael (Donna), & John (Holly) Catalano; cherished grandchildren, Richard Catalano, Kristi (Casey) Koons, Michael J. Catalano, Samantha (Andy) Branconnier, Johnny & Anthony Catalano; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Eileen DiCataldo; brothers-in-law, James & Ralph Cavigliano; dear nephews, nieces & friends.
Louie was an Army veteran who served during WWII & Korea. He was a retiree of the City of Rochester and was an avid bowler all of his life.
Friends may call WEDNESDAY, 2:00 - 5:00 PM at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates, where his Funeral Service will immediately follow at 5:00 PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626 in his memory.
