The Caslers
What I most remember of Mr. Carafice was the tradition of having him light the candle at the start of Boy Scout ceremony. Him talking about the symbolism of the light and what it meant.
But as I thought about light I remembered that it is never really lost. It resides in all that have taken it in and been nurtured by it. It’s true that we can never know how much more he could have illuminated our lives…
But as we look out over the faces of all that have known him we know that light is not and will not be gone. It shines in those he has shared his light with
and then through them to all they will touch.
Never lost
Never dimmed.
Safe journey around the next bend of the trail into the light, let it warm and guide you into your next adventure.
Our Deepest condolences
